Digital Boardwalk offers a comprehensive Site Survey for small and medium-sized businesses interested in gaining documentation on their network environment. In a two stage process, a Digital Boardwalk representative determines current IT costs through a series of interviews.
During this time a Digital Boardwalk Network Engineer analyzes and maps your entire network environment. Upon completion of the initial site survey, the Digital Boardwalk representative and network engineer will return to our location to critically analyze all information that has been collected.
This information will then be entered into a comprehensive thirty page document that the customer may file for future reference. Included with this document is a disk containing all the survey files collected as well as product information and recommendations made personally by the Digital Boardwalk Team.
