Cox Business Email

  • CoxMail®, our email service, gives you options. Web-based email accounts give you access to important business communications from anywhere you have Internet access. And to help keep your communications protected, CoxMail comes with Cox Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus technology. We take care of all updates, so you’ll always have the latest protection working for you.

  • The base level of service includes 10 email mailboxes, but you can add more. Provided on our CoxMail® business email servers with online administration management, you can email from our web interface or connect a desktop email software
    client, such as Microsoft OutlookTM or Outlook ExpressTM via POP3. If you currently use your business address for email, we’ll make sure that continues or we can provide Domain Name Registration for an additional fee.
  • Each mailbox has 100 megabytes of storage capacity and can send or receive messages that are 15 megabytes in size. Each mailbox is protected by our network’s spam and virus filtering.
