I wanted to tell you I got the worst virus that pretty much ate up my computer.  After getting it back I could not retrieve quite a few things.   One of your techs “James” out of Pensacola stayed on the phone working in my computer for 3 hours.  He was FABULOUS and saved my life!!!  I was without a computer for 5 days and it was literally hell!
